Art therapy, as a creative arts therapy profession, originated in the fields of art and psychotherapy and may vary in definition. Art, either creating it or viewing others' art, is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills.

- Material to Create on (paper, canvas, wood, notebook)
- Mediums (pens, pencils, paint, clay, ink, scrape trinkets, scrape paper, colour theme or a theme of some sort. Pick and choose. There is no right or wrong way to do this part... try tapping into that creativity)
